About Crew Rivet

Crew Rivet is practical software for trade contractors — quoting, invoicing, scheduling, payments, reviews, and an AI receptionist, in one place. It's built and operated by Avion LLC, a California limited liability company.

What we build

Field-service businesses run on a dozen disconnected tools and a lot of after-hours paperwork. Crew Rivet brings the day-to-day — quotes, jobs, invoices, payments, and customer follow-up — into a single system that works from the truck as well as the office, so contractors spend less time on admin and more time on the work.

Our story

Avion LLC is a small, independent software company. Crew Rivet started from a simple observation: the trades run the physical world, but the software built for them often gets in the way — a quoting app here, a separate invoicing tool there, a scheduling spreadsheet, and a pile of after-hours paperwork to tie it all together.

We set out to build the opposite — one system a contractor can actually run their business from, whether they're standing in a customer's driveway or catching up at the kitchen table. Every feature earns its place by answering one question: does it help a real crew do the work and get paid faster? If it doesn't, it doesn't ship.

We build Crew Rivet deliberately and in the open — shipping what's ready, being honest about what's still on the roadmap, and listening to the contractors who use it.

What we believe

• Honest software. We say what the product does today and what's on the roadmap — no vaporware, no fake reviews, no claims we can't back up.
• Built for the trades. Decisions are made for the person in the field, not for a demo. If it doesn't help a real crew get paid faster, it doesn't ship.
• Your data is yours. We protect it, we don't sell it, and you can export or delete it. See our Security and Privacy pages for specifics.

Team

Crew Rivet is built by a small, founder-run team at Avion LLC — not a big company with layers between you and the people who make the product. When you email us, you reach the people who actually build and support Crew Rivet. We read every piece of feedback, and a lot of what's in the product today came straight from conversations with the contractors who use it.
